I have called 808 today and I was not given the reason why my phone was suspended on that day.
I demand to know why, I want a proper answer, not the two excuses of "system error" and "we don't know why it was suspended"
I have enquired, this contract expires on the 24th of March 2014, I will be porting my number to Vodacom after that date because of the way you handled this.
