On the 25/10/2013 I requested an Itemise billing for one month and I was charged five months of which I didn't request. I spoke to one of the consultant today and she told me I made a request for September, October and November. the itemise billing i received starts from July till October, i am not going to pay for something i did not request and i want my statement corrected or i am going to make a manual payment of the amount i know is due.
i want to hear the call recording of the requested.
