First I was a prepaid customer with a blackberry and paid my R59 a month for BIS. With this I could browse as much as I wanted, download endlessly, etc without having to pay an extra cent. Now I'm a contract customer (Blackberry contract which includes BIS for 24 months) and every single month I have data charges!!!

I have turned off roaming on my cell even that hasn't helped much. What are these charges for?? I am not using my phone for anything extra. What I use here is what I used on my old blackberry which didn't cost me anything. As long as I had my BIS, I didn't need (and mostly didn't have) any airtime on my phone.

Seriously considering cancelling my Vodacom account. MTN has and always will be the BEST!!
