What great service!!!

I recently applied for a contract but due to a very old (2006) account issue at a tertiary institution my contract was declined. After my first attempt with another representative I contacted the law party to sort the account out to clear my name, and did so. I was told by the previous representative only then that I had to wait three months to be able to apply again. Due to his good name in the Umhlanga area - I was recommended to rather see Ravi at Telkom/8ta. I explained my situation to him and thought he might phone me in a few days with an answer. I was shocked when he phoned me the very next morning to say that I can come and collect my phone and sign for the contract. It must have taken him a lot of admin/sorting out - but from what I have experienced and what I heard from other customers, he always tends to go the extra mile! What a great experience at that store. Highly recommend his service to anyone!
