Incorrect Data Billing

The charges of R895 in May 2013 for Downloads I did Arose bec I didn't know
that my new t&c's were not worth the paper they were written on
But now I got my June 2013 invoice & I have been charged R1004 for Data
( there were charges of R56, R24, R37, R38 etc etc adding up to this R1004)
I did absolutely NO downloads during June 2013 (NOT even one download)
-> Confirm this with your IT department!
I have never in my life nor will I ever download music or stream any videos
I HAVE ABSULUTELY NO IDEA WHAT THESE JUNE 2013 CHARGES WERE FOR
as I have UNLIMITED Free data on my Old "Blackberry All Week 100"
and I only used 503MB of the Free Data
( bec you said I must stay on the Blackberry All Week 100 until the 28th Jul 2013)
THIS R1004 NEEDS TO BE REVERSED IMMEDIATELY
