I was due for an upgrade on my contract, and was continuously called and SMS informing me that i should visit a store or call customer service to choose a package. I visited the Pavilion store in the first week of September and I was given a catalogue with other inserts with promotions. After looking at the promotion I was impressed with the Blackberry Z10 offer which was offered with the Cell C network. I was on MTN and needed to port and as my contract was past the 24 month, I did qualify. The waiting at the branch was to long as they were extremely busy so I left and decided to call customer service on the following Monday. I explained which deal I was interested in whilst reading it from the promotion list I had in front of me.
Deal consisted of: R100 airtime, 600meg data and free BBM
Know my phone is consuming data continuously and customer service consultant insist that my contract is not what I think it is and I am definitely using the data. I have explained that that I don't use my phone to browse and there reply is why would I take a package with data if I didn't browse. I have called for 3 weeks and had no joy. My current bill is R528.47 only for data charges. PLEASE HELP
