I went to Parow Centre yesterday to add an additional contract to my existing account and was told previously that I only need my ID book as I'm an existing client. I was then told that I will need all my documents again as it reflects that I am on a Foschini Corporate Account and cannot add another SIM. I am totally disappointed with this and am considering never upgrading with MTN ever again. I have been with MTN for many years and never missed a payment. My last upgrade was last year and I was no longer with Foschini. I would like this sorted out urgently as I am currently on leave and don't have access to my payslip.
