I am not getting the service that i deserve from Vodacare Menlyn, i dont know if is it because i dont trhow mmy toys out of the court or what. On Sunday the 10th November 2013 we took the Samsung Galaxy S4 for repairs in menlyn. we were told all the satges is going through, the on friday 15 November 2013, we got an sms saying the phone is ready fro collection, to our surprise when we went there sunday the 17 November 2013. the phone was not fixed and we were so patient, were spent 2 hours there. (THE PHONE DIDNT LIGHT NOT WHAT THEY SAY WATER PROBLEM). DURING THE WEEK FROM THE 18TH - 22 nOVEMEBR I SPOKE TO DIFFERENT PEOPLE, they took me from pillar to post (Their names are Katlego, Kabelo and Jacob) promising that they will get back to me, they dont know what is happening with the phone. This is really frustrating as i am paying for that phone. I am going for the 3rd week without a phone and that is uncalled for.
