Vodacare Menlyn DOESN'T CARE!!

To whom it may concern

I own a Samsung Galaxy Note II GT-N7100. In 2013 the Proximity Sensor stopped working, causing the screen not to go off when answering and making calls. Also the Screen Auto Rotate only worked when it wanted to. I took the phone to Vodashop Kollonade as it was still under waranty. The phone was sent to Vodacare Menlyn. Received it back, unrepairable due to water damage. BULL!! But anyway. When I got it back, I realised that my Vodacom Sim did not work in the phone. Tried another, did not work. Tried MTN, worked perfectly. tried Cell C, worked perfectly. Even 8ta worked. Sent it back to Vodacare un Jobcard 9478868. Vodacare sent it back without even looking at it, because previous jobcard said "water damage". Spoke to Paul the mngr on the 10th Jan 2014 @ 11:36 a.m. He said he will contact the manufacturer and let me know, because he does not know how to fix that problem. Waited, no feedback. Phoned Paul again yesterday 21st Jan 2014 @ 15:30. He could not even remember talking to me. I am still waiting!!

The phone stopped working, after receiving it back from Vodacare. All other networks works, only Vodacom Doesn't. NOT a hardware problem.

I NEED ANSWERS!!!
