Bad service and inconsistancy

On 10th July 2013 i went to MTN Braamfontein to apply for a contract phone. There is a special for a combo of phone and a camera, i said i wanted that & samsung galaxy S3. Mbali Ndaba told me that chances are i wont get the combo phone with a camera. I then said if thats the case she must order me samsung galaxy S4 (white and not black) unless she can get me the combo as well then i would opt for S3. She said i would be contacted in 24 hours by her. Mbali Mdaba didnt call as promised. On the 12/07/2013 I went back to MTN branch on the 15/07/2013 & met another lady by the name Lerato. she told me Mbali is not at work and she has S3 for me, i told her thats not what i requested, she said they have only grey so i should come back on 19/07/2013. i went back on 19th but there was no phone for me. i got upset & cancelled the application. Without any apology Mbali cancelled it. later i told them but im desperate & need a phone. Mbali applied again & said i would get it on the 20/072013 she would call but she didnt. on 22nd i called & spoke to Cynthia.she said they dont have the phone i must come next day. Next day i got the phone but its not working they didnt Rica it or advise me to do it.
