Service delivery - Stunned = NONE

On saturday 2 November I took my 7 day old Samsung S4 Mini phone to Samsung in Constantia Park. Its now 12 November and still do not have my phone back. Phones do not get answered and the feed back I do get is pathetic. Its taken 10 days and no one lets you know what the problem is with the phone. Friday 7th November I spoke to Rudolph regarding my phone who told me the PC board needs replacing, that is not my problem. Fix it or replace the phone, yet they sit with my phone i cant use and paying Vodacom a subscription for. Either Samsung come to the party and get my phone ready by end of business today or this matter will be taken further. Everyone at the branch from the receptionist to next person i speak to couldn't be bothered, they rude and do not pass messages on. I am unhappy and can understand why Samsung offer this service on phones cause they do not last long. A 7 day old phone should have been replaced. Pathetic service. If you don't have parts for your phones why promote them! Utterly disgusted. I have waited long enough.
