Newly purchased Samsung S4

Hi there... my husband bought me a Samsung S4 through Cell C for an anniversary gift. After having the phone for 3 weeks, the phone gave me hassles. I took the phone back to Cell C in Somerset Mall and the guy who dealt with me didnt seem to care that the phone was still new and that i would be left without a phone considering the sim cards dont fit into any of the old phones. When I asked him how long it would take he said about 21 working days, so i asked what i must do in the meantime without a phone, he shrugged his shoulders and said presuming the phone could be fixed they would only contact me after that. I asked what if it couldnt be fixed (apparently it was a software problem) he again shrugged his shoulders and said he was finished with me... i have since tried to send an email to Cell C and they told me to take proof of purchase to the store i bought the phone in and they would have to send the phone away-i told them i had and continued to ask various questions about what if the phone cant be fixed, what do i do in the meantime with no phone. No one answers my questions!!! Terrible attitudes and terrible service. Any suggestions who i can contact?
