3months ago i took out a contract with cell c a blackberry z10
the phone is always over heating and the battery is swollen resulting in me switching off the phone till it cools down.
i have been to many cell c store and asked them what do i do, they told me there mus be a fault with the phone, they then told me that they will have to send the phone in for repairs and it will get fixed, how can you repair a 3 month old phone that is brand new.but in the contact agreement it clearly states should the phone be defected or damaged they will replace it within 3 months, so i demand further action against cell c regarding my blackberry z10!
