BlackBerry purchased but not working

I am a platinum client and purchased a BlackBerry through FNB in December. The phone worked for three days and started giving error messages. I took the phone to our local branch in Galleria who said they cant help as they dont deal with phones. I took it to FNB Dot who deal with phones etc and they said because I bought it via the internet, they cant help me either and I must take it to a Cell C shop who have a contract with FNB to fix phones. I went to Cell C and was told they dont have a contract with FNB and cant help me. I phoned the division of FNB in JHB that deals with this and asked for them to email the proof of purchase to me so I can get it fixed. Despite 3 phone calls and 3 times that they said it would be sent I have never received it. I have now had to take my phone to a BlackBerry shop and pay for repairs myself. The phone cant be repaired and needs to be replaced but now it is going to be at my expense as FNB wont even contact me back to sort this out.
