I upgraded my Cell C contract in October to a R389 package. I receive my November statement, and my subscription charge is R 540.35. In addition to that, I am being billed an extra R57 for BB10 Essential Plan which I was told would be INCLUDED in my R389 subscription. I phoned Cell C on the 12th November and spoke to Simphiwe Dube in Customer Services, who said that my query would be resolved within 48 hours - to date NOTHING has been done... I'm so sick of this pathetic "service", sort out my billing or under the CPA law I will cancel this contract due to misrepresentation on your behalf!
