I bought a Samsung S4 from the Greenstone store in August, less than 5 months later and the phone has stopped working. I went to the store and asked what i must do, I was told hand it in and 21 working days later it would be back. I asked for a loan phone and was told, "head office took them away from the store and i would need to talk to them to get a loan phone" this from the sales clerk and the store manager. The alternative they offered was for me to drive to the West Rand during a working day to hand the phone to the supplier directly which would be faster. On top of this i regularly have to redial a number 2 to 3 times as the stupid network repeatedly drops calls. I bought the phone from cell c i want them to help me get it fixed by offering a loan phone. PS you cannot phone me to talk as your stupid store did not have a loan phone to offer me.
