21112013 - John does want give surname, ref 319581961, additional ref: S3-T691D-DBSHW, escalated to Forensics Supervisor to call me back urgently
I waited untill the afternoon and went to a Vodacom shop to enquire about escalating the issue.
Gerri, the consultant, called the Upgrade Department, Riaaz, who said it is still with Forensics and he does not know how long it will take, they could specify a timeline
I asked Gerri to escalate it and his response was that if I do, it will only take longer to resolve!
