Since the 8th of October, I have had little or no service both on my landline and ADSL line. It took them exactly three weeks to send out a technician but to date the problem has not been resolved, I have been trying for the last week to report a new fault but always get told there is an error. I have tried contacted 10210 but keep getting told there is some sort of error and then the engaged tone. Furthermore, I queried why I hadn't been credited for those three weeks that I didn't have service, the response from the call centre was that it would reflect on my next account - that did not happen, I got billed the usual amount.
The fault reference number in question is 419CTK081013.
The reference number for the account issue is 27110019.
