Seriously Pathetic service and feedback regarding my ADSL line not working.
I have reported my ADSL not working several times now and STILL the problem has not been resolved. I have not done ANY WORK today as i work from home and depend on my ADSL line to be working 100%. I have now been called by my Head Office who have told me that should the ADSL line problem not be resolved by this evening that I would have to AGAIN WORK FROM OUR OFFICES IN PRETORIA!!!
Fault Report Number 1 - 1045CRK051113 ADSL Line worked for ONE HOUR!!!
Fault Report Number 2 - 797CRK061113 ADSL Line STILL NOT WORKING!!!
10210 Call Centre keeps telling me that TELKOM is working on the problem???
HONESTLY!!!! Telkom has been working on resolving the problem since this morning???
WHAT THE I'M I PAYING FOR!!!!!
