I reported a fault on my telkom line on 29 April 2013 reference 709CTK290413. After about 2 week the telephone line was repaired but the internet (ADSL) line not. We have made several calls to 10210 number with promises that it will be escalated for repair. Up to date no technician has contacted us for the repair of this line.
It's now nearly 4 weeks that we are waiting for Telkom to repair this line to no avail.
