Every month my account gets debited on the 15th, this month i receive an sms saying that they didnt recieve the money and that my phone will be suspended, i went on my bank to investigate and saw that over the past months every month on the 15th the moeny goes out this month cell c didnt even try to co0llect money, now i am not someone to check my bank on a daily basis so the moeny that should have gone for cell c has been used by this time of month, i will be more that happy to supply cellc with my bank statements to prove myself. so this all being said cell c will probably want double instalment, this is unexceptable, take your debit orders when its supposed to go off, i will not pay double this month as this is NOT my FAULT at all.
please sort this out i will not phone you to remind you that its time for my debit order, i am working and dont have time for any BS!!!
so just move me up with a month please and do not switch of my phone due to cell c's incompetence!!!
