Bad Bad Customer service

I applied for a cell phone contract online and a few hours after applying i got a response email with some attachments with documents that i had to fill in and then re send it back to them. I did all of that but when it comes to finding out if i was approved or not is a whole new story. I applied for the contract on the 19th of June 2013 and gave up sending requests for a response on the 29th of June 2013. it is now the 21st of November 2013 and still no response. I have about 14 email that i sent to Mellini Moodley at telkom and she returned about 16 email and still she cant give me and response regarding my application. All she says is that she has spoken to someone in the back office about it and will let me know. Where's the back office??? I know for a fact my contract will be denied after this post but all i want is someone to respond to this so that i can send then all the emails that were sent between Mellini and myself.
