I posted a complaint on here about Telkom not too long ago. Since which time nothing has been done but they tell me that the fault has been resolved. I sit listening to the rain and hoping that my connection will hold up just long enough for me to post this complaint. I'm extremely tired of paying nearly a thousand rand a month for a service I barely ever get to use. There are so many phone calls that I need to make but I can't because I have no service. Please send a Telkom technician that actually likes his/her job so that we can work together to solve this issue once and for all. my reference numbers are: 1138CTK281113, 312CTK221113, 419CTK081013. All of these reference numbers are to report the same fault. I HAVE NOT BEEN CREDITED ONCE for the days I have not had service. The fact that it took less time for Telkom to replace the cables than it has to tend to this small issue is worrying!!!
