I had logged a fault with telkom. our landline was not working for almost 2 months, they gave me a reference number and stated that a technician would be sent to look at the fault and try to sort it out. it took them 3 weeks to send a technician and when they did he unfortunately couldnt get through to my cellphone as i was busy at work. he left a voice message and when i tried to call back there was no answer. so i called the fault report customer care centre and i waited for over 30 minutes for an agent until i got fed up and dropped the phone. the technician has since not come to my home or made any other means to contact me.
