MTN DIRECT/ INSURANCE

I have been trying to insure my phone from May/ June. Initially when I called MTN Direct..i was transferred to another department where I was on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. so I thought I would use MTN Online, apply for insurance. Which I did, filled in all the required fields, Got a quote of what insurance was to cost me per month. when I had finished filling everything in- I was to receive a confirmation email. That did not happen. I tried again and again with the same result. I sent an email to mtn customer service 2 weeks ago about this. Still have not heard anything. and Now guess what, my phone is acting up!!! nobody can get hold of me, because the phone wont come on!!! VERY FRUSTRATING!
