I am planning on buying a vehicle for my business. In order to calculate my affordability, i called dial direct to get a quote on how much the insurance would cost me for the vehicle as i am a client of their's. I was told that I could not receive a quote as I have not yet decided on buying the vehicle or I have not yet received finance for the vehicle.
Dial direct advertises for the consumer to call for a quote but when we do, we are then refused a quote.
I would like to know if this is how Dial Direct gains and retains customers. I went from a customer and potential business customer to now rethinking "Why I am currently a customer at Dial Direct? "
