Why do MTN insurance even have a call centre?

Absolutely useless service from MTN. Once AGAIN can I not get through to the insurance department to make a claim on my broken phone. I am put on hold the whole time, that is IF I finally get through!! This has been the most frustrating morning - been on hold for almost over 30mins. Tried phoning MTN SP, but they could not even put me through to the insurance department. I'm just trying to make a claim, so that my phone can get fixed/replaced. I can not use my phone, as my touch screen is broken!
I'm going on holiday abroad in a weeks time, and would love if my phone would be fixed before then. but it looks like i'm going to be on hold for a week!!

This service from MTN is just unacceptable, and it is so frustrating trying to sort out admin, especially if I'm getting NO HELP from MTN.

As soon as someone answer the phone or get back to me, I will also be enquiring to cancel my contract, to move to another service provider. This has happened to me too many times now. And this after being a loyal customer for almost 10 years. I'm disappointed once AGAIN!! Thanks for NO HELP!
