Upgraded 2 contracts, new deal to include R200 airtime, 200 sms and 200mb data with a bonus of 150mb of data. As advertised nationally in their brochures. Not getting 150mb bonus data on either contract despite having lodged complaint and having it ESCALATED.
Also trying to get 1 debit order for both contracts but this seems impossible according to MTn staff, being told to go to the bank to sort it out. Came with cancelled cheque and ID but still could not be processed.
