I wrote a report about two weeks ago regarding MTN Insurance. I have been trying to insure my phone since MAY!! their call center was of no help whatsoever, i was put on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. MTN ONLINE was none the better.
All of this was included in my report two weeks ago. I received a reply from "Tim". two days after I wrote my report on Hello Peter- stating that they has escalated my complaint to their insurance department and somebody would contact me,
I am still waiting. I have been a MTN Customer ever since I've had a phone. I had been happy with their services but this is frustrating. Very VERY poor service!
