I dropped my cell phone off to get checked as was giving problems and was told that I can ask for the replacement value of the phone as this was the 2nd phone to have a problem in the span of a month. They said it would not take long but I am still waiting after nearly a month and they keep saying I must phone back to find out, which I keep having to do, all the while loosing phone numbers as keep having to change cell phones. The only thing they keep telling me is is that it is with a 3rd party (Nokia) and that they have to wait for them to get back to Vodacom before they can help me. This is all happening while I have had to find an old phone to use which keeps breaking down.
All I want is for Vodacom to help me out as they said they would and not keep blaming others all the while I am stuck without a cell phone, which I paid for.
