In ordered an iphone 5 which i received. I was informed that i would be called by somebody from insurance on the day the phone arrived. This of course did not happen. I also wanted to insure a number of other things but this was an impossible task. I called the call centre maybe 10-12 times who quickly put me through to somebody else where the phone kept being put down on me. I then called the direct line which wouldnt go through. I tried this for about 4 days, calling about 6 times a day. I then filled in a form online which stated that i would be contacted in 2 working days. This did not happen. I filled out this form 3 times and NOTHING. I then went to the branch. After 2 hours out of my working day the branch too were unable to contact anybody who could deal with insurance. They sat on the phone just like i had been doing for 3 weeks now.
By rwading the above you will agree that it is an absolute joke. I have tried every avenue and still have not spoken to a real person from FnB insurance. Please could someone sort it out.
