Vodacom themselves supplied me with the recording where it is clearly stated by the consultant that I will pay R75 on the one line and R135 on the other. This was their discount offer to me so that I would extend my conctract. This offer came into effect in August 2012. A year later, they have been charging me R149 on the one line and R199 on the other. I queried this with them over a month ago and a service incident was logged. Everyone I have spoken to since is giving me the run around and not able to assist. All this for someone who has been a paying customer? I am very disappointed in their service. The only reason I am writing this report now is because I hope they get back to me with a solution. The last time I tried to call them, I was on hold for 55 minutes (and despite the song they play on their IVR, I was anything but happy!!!).
