Cellphone contract

Early July I had a cellphone contract taken, and I did not like the price plan I was on so I decided to call the customer service line for Vodacom an asked if I could migrate to another price plan.all had gone well as the consultant told me that the migration will start from the first August I then asked him how much will I be paying when all has been calculated he then to me aR200 amount will be debited every month an I was happy until I was ti took a look on my statement and found out that R264 was debited I am not happy with Vodacom and think that the consultants are not doing a very good job they tell you onetjing where else they mean another, I don't think that they ate aware that when a customer ask a question they should give the correct information as we are the paying customers and not borrowing the airtime. I'm not happy and will be consulting wilth my lawyers since I'm not happy with the service and was to that the can not pull the recording of the particular day after I had called them about the feedback that I have been waiting for for the past day.i highly think that if this is the service we are getting them we should go to other service providers that are willing to
