I have never held on this long on the Phone. I went to the bank to inquire about the following debit orders that go off my account which no one wants to account for

o SoMusic-:MP-898368-3... R49.00.
o MILC: MP 898368-4... R21.00.
o PhoneBox: MP-898368-2... R19.00.
o Email: MP-898368-5... R32.00

All these debit orders no one knows them as stated above. I have called Vodacom who is a possible debtor and they have no records of it and the monthly statements and Invoices I receive from them has no reflection of these. I called 08600 08600 which is a number that is at the end of each SMS notification and in response there is an unfriendly voice recording that keeps saying that " we are very busy is certain times of the day" please give me a time that is not busy to speak with a consultant. It then says "please hold for the next available consultant", " thank you for your patience", and the punch line "if you no longer want to hold". WOW!!! 45 minutes is sufficient time memorize a recording. These debit orders go off on a monthly basis since january 2012.
