I have three mobile devices with three separate data contracts with Vodacom. After renewing another 24 month contract while in Durban in December I moved to Johannesburg in January only to discover my new home has NO data coverage. The best Vodacom can do is say they are building a tower with no specific timeframe and no short term solution. I cannot fault the service from the call centres to keep me informed and updated on the problem but after 20 years of loyalty and excellent service I am shocked that Vodacom can offer no immediate solution and give no time line for a future remedy to the problem. My Reference No. S30482DD6UKP. I now have no choice but to terminate all my contracts (Ref. EC-0O8W-2E2OV) one hopes with no penalties. I am very disappointed and would like to continue my relationship with Vodacom
