Good day,

Contract with Vodacom is almost 2 years old, last month they took a debit of R414 where its supposed to be R143, this month they took 3 debit order payments of R296 in a row on the same day, that's R900, went to Vodacom shops to help us with this, but no, they also need to call the customer care line, wich we already tried, they also did not get trough, we held the line for 26 minutes at Vodacom, at home we held the line more thatn once for more than 30 minutes at a time, why are there Vodacom shops if they don't have a accounts person on site, its pathetic that they have to also hold the line for queries!!! its been the entire day and still no awnser, I need my debits back, and soon!!!
