I am on a MTN any time 1500 contract through Autopage for several years. Contract handset Blackberry started to give me problems just scrolled all over the place or just froze. I took the handset to Autopage Carnival Mall and after I had to produce several documents they accepted the phone was indeed faulty and booked it in for repairs, two weeks later I received it back -----Nothing was done exactly the same! Out of desperation I started to use my husbands old IPHONE 4S.
On the 16th of September I received a e-mail from Autopage for high GPRS usage over R2500.00 This started the process of numerous phone calls emails to several people within Aotopage with ZERO effect.
On the 20th I went to Carnival mall Autopage they checked all my settings was turned off I-cloud auto updates everything that could result in high usage.
This is still on-going several emails, sending documents, phone calls and visits to both Autopage Canrnival mall and Headoffice resulted in NOTHING!! NO ONE can tell me what the charges is for or why. Everyone promises to get back to you and never does but they are quick to take my money every month!
