Ive had a Vodacom data line for about 3 years, I've always had full signal at my complex in blouberg, the line had a download speed of about 4 - 7mb/s. Last year September my line started slowing down, to 0.10mb/s, I then logged a call with Vodacom the next month, they then sent someone out, and done a whole investigation, they then advised me that they will be installing a new tower, or installing some transmitter on a new MTN tower that was being placed in the NETCARE hospital. They advised that due to it being the end of year they would only be able to resolve the problem end Jan or early Feb, I was not to impressed as I just purchased a new Ipad with a data sim (my 2gig), had an iphone, and a my 3 gig data line, which were all basically useless as both devices rely on data, Vodacom then advised they could offer me a 30% discount on all my data lines, up until today I have only received 1 discount (back dated 2 months) ive called the call centre 7 times, and have still not received feedback, I now need to do internet banking in the park lot of our local garage as that's the only place I can get a fast line. PATHETIC! This is the lowest level of service, ever! My next step is ICASA
