I spend between R2 000 to R4 000 per month with Vodacom as a talk 1000 customer.
Last week they sold me an upgrade to their Red VIP contract and promised me a new phone delivered on Monday 18th Nov by RAM couriers. As I live in a remote area they suggested I ensure that I am there to receive delivery.
On Monday around 4pm I called both RAM and Vodacom call centres and they have no reference of this.
I spent the whole day on Monday waiting. It's now 4 days later. This is unacceptable service and I feel misled in selling me up on a new contract.
Most importantly as a company director I do not have the time to waste - my customers would not accept this and I would never treat them as such.
