Terrible service and Non - Response

In October I unfortunately was called by a Rewards co Consultant to renew my Vodacom contract. He introduced himself as being from Vodacom and not a 3rd party company. 3 weeks after I took the contract it turned out that I would need a different contract and was not able to get what I wanted even though I would be spending a lot more per month. I tried calling Vodacom who could not help. I did not even realise that the company that sold me this contract was called rewards co until I called the store I use to always do my upgrades with. Rewards co only send SMS to confirm the upgrade, I did not sign anything or have other proof aside from those sms's about this unsuitable contract. When I tried to call them there was no answer & the email bounced back.

I am frustrated that I cannot have a new handset if I upgrade my contract and the only way to get out of this contract is to pay it off which is an utter waste of money.

I feel ripped off and that I was sold something incorrectly. Vodacom should be ashamed that a company so pathetic is able to sell on their behalf and make so many customers unhappy as I have seen all the other complaints on this site about rewards co.
