Bad service & dodgy operations

I purchased a phone from Ismart over a week ago. The package I received said that my sim would be activated within 72hours. This still has not been done. I called their call centre numerous times but I'm always answered by an automated voice telling me to leave a message and I will be called back. This is not true. They DON'T call you back. To me it seems dodgy that their lines are so busy every second of every hour of the day, from the beginning of business hours to the of business hours. I went to their website and left an email on their customer care email address but NO REPLY. I need someone to either call me to cancel the contract or for them to activate my sim ASAP. I don't mind paying cancellation fees if customers are treated with such unprofessionalism. From what I've read from other customers on this site it is clear that I made a HUGE mistake by purchasing from Ismart. I am disgusted to say the least.
