Unacceptable service at Vodacom

This year my dad decided to move to Cell C as their rates are a lot better & Vodacom could not compete with their packages.
So as per any contract when my dads contract was up we gave a months notice & went to open a contract at Cell C. We asked them to port the number as this was a business number & we could not go with out it as majority of the customers use this number.
When it got to the end of the month they just cancelled the contract & we could not port the number. We were then told to reactivate the number & ask them to keep it as a prepaid number. We did this & we were promised that it would be done on the Monday as the technicians don't work on the weekend.
My dad has not had a phone now for 10 DAYS!!! This is completely UNACCEPTABLE as we have lost thousands of Rands because clients could not get hold of us to make orders. Every time we phone Vodacom it is a different story. So from us being promised it will be re activated on the Monday, then being told it takes 3 days & now still nothing. We will never ever recommend any one to take out a contract at Vodacom as their service is ATROCIOUS & no one gets back to you & it seems they have no clue how to run a business!!!
