Repeated problems going on for 2 months now - I have to keep phoning to follow up and now I am told too bad for you, the item is out of stock.
I then asked to speak with a manager, I spoke with ANWAR who promised to phone me back at 2:15pm. Guess what - I had to call him because he didn't phone me when he said he would.
I lost my temper then & asked to speak with his manager - someone named VERLENE. Surprise-surprise she wasn't available, I asked Anwar to get her to phone me that day. I then also telephoned reception (021 680 1000) to ask to speak with Verlene (Because Homechoice is so "transparent" that they wont give out any managers phone numbers - this is sarcastic by the way) I left a message with the receptionist to ask Verlene to speak with me about this matter. She still has NOT returned my messages - this was last week by the way.
I stated in my messages that I would be venting my frustration on social media channels if I did not hear back from her that afternoon. I was kind enough to wait a week - STILL NO ACTION FROM HOMECHOICE
I guess you really don't give a hoot about your loyal customers. I WILL BE CANCELLING MY ACCOUNT TODAY and you can kiss my business goodbye!
