No service from Telkom

Norkim Mining is a company based in Rustenburg, N/W.We have moved to new premises in the same street 5 weeks ago. We notified Telkom in time in order to have the server for e-mail as well as our business lines working in time. Up until now there is no response from Telkom regarding the above. The only person answering any call is called Kgomotso who explains that she has forwarded it to the project manager concerned, but cannot do anything herself. We have phoned the numbers given to us, but to no avail. We are losing serious business and telkom would deduct money for services, but what do we pay for? We have no lines or any internet service. This cannot continue.
