Your customer service is pathetic

I phoned on Monday 04/11/2013 to report that my Blackberry 9320 was and was assisted by the an agent her name was Thandiswa Manganyi who had promised me that she was sending an email i dont know where but then she said that my sim and fone will be blocked by the end of business day. This morning when i foned to confirm the the banking details as i wanted to pay the money for the sim swap into your bank account i asked her if the fone and sim were blocked she said no and refused to me through to her manager, She told me that her manager name is Candice and said that she was in a meeting and i would have to call back if i wanted to speak to her, so i asked her if she would cal me back to confirm if the fone was blocked she said she WONT as she was working alone at that moment. I find very disturbing that my fone and sim are not blocked i reported on Monday. Your call centre consultants cant even speak proper English it was so hard to understand what she was saying to me. I want my fone and sim blocked and the Manager Candice to contact me back on my office number as i dont have a fone (011) 300-1500.
