Very unhappy customer, please assist

Good day, today I write this complaint, because I feel this would be the only way that I would get a response. On the 11th of November 2012 we went to the Hi-Fi in RTB before it moved and brought 1 x Defy oven and 2 x Defy hob's. The other oven and 2 defy extractor fans they didn't had available at that store, at that time, Vanessa who was the newest manager told us we will have the stock the next week Wednesday. My dad asked her specifically if we will receive the stock before they move the shop to new location and she said, we will definitely. I myself wrote down my number, my father's number and my e-mail address. We haven't heard anything, so we waited, then we saw the shop has been moved so we waited a little longer and thought she would call after they've settled in, but nothing. So in March we went to the new store to find out what was going, we went into the store and asked to speak to Vanessa, so when she came I said I don't know if you remember me and she said yes she does. So I asked: what happened to the stock we were waiting for? She said she order it and it was available middle November, she called on my dad's PLEASE SEND FEEDBACK AND I WILL SEND YOU MORE INFORMATION
