I tried to apply for a contract with 8ta for wifi rooter and data package in beginning November. I was told that they do not have stock but that they will have stock the following week. So every week since November i have been enquiring when they will receive stock. They kept on telling me that they will contact me as soon as stock arrives. In the first week in Jan when enquiring again I was told that they did get in December, but once again told that they do not have any. When asked why I was not contacted in December when they had stock, the blame was given to a staff member that resigned. I have gone to head office to lay complaints and to date no one has contacted me. Why do 8ta keep on advertising services that they can not supply, surely it is misleading the public when advertising deals, when no stock is available?
