I purchased a new phone based on the fact that the blackberry should be one of the best. had my sim changed and went to the bb buddies in gateway to set up the phone. waited 45 minutes as only one person was available on a week end when ppl need help. only to find that the consultant cant do it because he said his internet is down. gave me the link to down load it myself. did so and still this is not downloaded. i left to jhb and went to sandton city hoping to find someone to assist and could not. no one else can. i now dont have access to a phone for a week and y sim has changed to a micro sim. highly disappointed and frustrated
