Vodacom
Blackberry Z10

I took a contract on the 28 November 2013 for the Blackberry Z10, within the first week the phone began to give me issues and I took it back to Game who swopped the handset. A week ago the phone switched on with an error message. I took the handset to Blackberry Buddies, stood in a que for two hours and was told there was a hardward problem I need to take it back to Game. After taking it back to Game, I was told that it needs to be taken to a place at Nandi drive in Durban and Vodacom/Game can do anything about this until the phone is assessed. I have now given the phone to Vodacare in Gateway that have now sent the phone to the advanced technical department in Jhb. I do understand that there are protocols to be adhered to but when the circumstances are such there should be some consideration. Vodacom are happy to sign new contracts but they are not interested in assisting their customers when the handsets that they are marketing are problematic. I do not have a phone for almost 2 weeks in counting and this is such an inconvenience & this is not taking into consideration the time and effort that had gone into trying to get this sorted.
