I phoned Virgins Customer Care department to enquire about my deceased Mothers cell phone contract. I was given the option to take over the contract or migrate the contract to a pre paid.
I faxed the documentation on the 6th of November and phone customer service again to make sure they received the fax. On the 18th of November I phoned again and NOTHING was done. I emailed the documentation again.
I made it clear not to have the service suspended.
Today I phoned again and NOTHING was done. How on earth can such a big company have such poor service?
